Cambridge Out of hours' service consultation

We are going along to all of the public meetings about the proposal to move the out of hours' service base in Cambridge from Chesterton to Clinic 9, Addenbrooke's Hospital. We are listening to what local people are saying about the potential move and will be formally responding to the consultation.

Our role is to make sure that the Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are listening to people's opinions on how the proposed move will affect them and taking these into account when they make their decision.

For example, people have raised a concern about the cost and difficulty of parking at Addenbrooke's. The CCG have said that the out of hours' service will be operating at a time of day when the car parks have plenty of free space. In addition, the hospital will be able to offer discounted ticket for patients vising the out of hours' service.
