About this event
Help improve mental health care for young people aged 17 to 25.
Use your experience of young people’s mental health services to help the NHS make moving to adult mental health care work better.
This project will help the people who plan and provide mental health services locally make sure that they understand what matters to you.
And it will support a national project to improve young people’s mental health care.
Who can get involved?
This workshop is for young people who have moved, or may soon be moving to, adults’ mental health services. The workshop is also open to carers.
About this project
We are asking you about your care as part of a national project with Healthwatch England. It is about making sure local services work together to meet your needs.
We have a clear picture of what mental health support you should expect locally. And now we want to know how well mental health and other health and care services are working for you.
What you say will help Healthwatch England develop a national approach to checking what support young people are getting when they move to adult services.
We will share your ideas for improvement with the NHS to help them make care better.
