Join the regular Health and Care Forum for people in Cambridge, South and East Cambridgeshire.
We meet every two months to talk about different topics. And invite local health and care decision makers along to each meeting to answer your questions.
Share your ideas and experiences, ask questions and get involved.
Our guests at the meeting include Heidi Adamson, Mental Health & Learning Disability Engagement Manager at our local clinical commissioning group.
She'll be talking about a new team in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough that's supporting patients with severe mental illness to take better care of their physical health, including annual health checks.
