Enter and View report - Eye Clinics
A team of Healthwatch staff and volunteers recently conducted a series of Enter & View visits to three clinics based across two local health Trusts:
• Sunflower Eye Clinic at Hinchingbrooke Hospital, Huntingdon
• Clinic 14 at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge
• Eye Clinic at Peterborough City Hospital, Peterborough
Following our visit to Addenbrooke’s Clinic 14, we were invited to carry out additional Enter and View visits to observe the other two eye clinics within their site. Details of this supplementary visit can be found in the Appendix document below.
The purpose of these visits was to talk to patients and gain a greater understanding of their experiences of the services that the clinics provide, identify what is working well and what improvements could be made.
