Enter and View report - Eye Clinics - supplementary report
Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough have published a report into the services provided at eye clinics based at local hospitals. This report is supplementary to the first visit in September 2024.
Following our initial Enter & View visit to Addenbrooke’s Eye Clinics in September 2024, we were invited to Enter and View the other two clinics within the hospital during October 2024.
Clinic 3 – visited on 15th October 2024 10am -12.
Clinic 14 (Cataract department) – visited 21st October 2024 2-4pm
The purpose of these visits was to talk to patients and gain a greater understanding of their experiences of the services that the clinics provide, identify what is working well and what improvements could be made.
