Life Changes Report

We are pleased to present the findings of our Life Changes Report, commissioned by Cambridgeshire South Care Partnership (CSCP). Building on previous research with Community Researcher Volunteers, this report looks into what support is needed for people going through life changes and will be used to help plan future services in local neighbourhoods.

Our Life Changes Report, commissioned by Cambridgeshire South Care Partnership (CSCP), builds on previous research with Community Researcher Volunteers. Its aim is to understand what support people require through life changes - we look at what helps people and how services in local neighbourhoods can be better supported.

Changes such as divorce, bereavement, relocation, job loss, financial shifts and long-term health issues can significantly impact individuals. CSCP asked us to gather insights from residents in East Cambridgeshire, Cambridge City and South Cambridgeshire to understand their life changes and identify ways to help people in the future.

The project was also used to test and learn from using the model of Community Researchers in local communities.

We’d like to thank everyone who shared their experiences by taking part in our questionnaire, participating in individual conversations and focus groups. All quotes used have been anonymised and names changed in case studies.
