Integrated Care System for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough

Jane will be explaining how health and care across our area is being joined up in a new Integrated Care System (ICS) and what the benefits are for local people.

This is a new way to plan health and care services so they can work better together, so the growing numbers of older people and those living with long-term conditions can be supported.
