Carers Partnership Board Minutes April 2024 to March 2025

This meeting discussed areas that the Partnership Board members felt were priority issues to be looked at during this year. This meeting also had a presentation and discussion on the Healthy Places Joint Strategic Needs Assessment being carried out by Public Health. 

This meeting has an update from the County Council on its Carers Strategy, and an update from Peterborough City Council on the recommissioning of it’s Care in the Community services. 

This meeting had a presentation and discussion on the Outpatients Strategy being developed by Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. There was also a presentation and discussion on Palliative Care Training and Skills Tools and on Bridgit, a self help website for carers from Cambridgeshire County and Peterborough City Council's. 

This meeting had a focussed discussion on the results of the Adult Carers Survey 2023 from Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council.

This meeting has taken place and the minutes will be uploaded once they are approved.
