Between April and June this year, 659 people across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough shared their experiences of local health and care services with us. Thank you to everyone who got in touch—your feedback helps us raise concerns, highlight good practice, and push for better care across the system.
Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve heard over the past three months.
Cambridgeshire, Peterborough & Royston’s dedicated mental health and wellbeing support website www.Keep-Your-Head.com has relaunched with a refreshed new look, offering local people quicker, easier access to information on local services and support available to them, or for those they care for.
With the spotlight currently on eye care following National Eye Health Week, staff and volunteers at Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough recently conducted a series of Enter & View visits to eye clinics based at local hospitals.
Following a robust procurement process, a new GP service provider, Malling Health, has been secured to deliver primary care services for the patients of East Barnwell Health Centre.
To help shape services to support us all to live longer, happier, and healthier lives, we would like to hear about your experiences of life’s changes. What worked well? What could have helped you cope better?
